2 dag tilbage... 2 days to go
Mood:  not sure
Well... I have one whole day left. I leave thursday morning... where did the time go. I love Denmark. I am sooooo happy I came. I have grown in so many ways. I just hope everyone back home can understand me. i am still the same person... just different. and i cant explain or measure how i have changed. i just have. and everyone will have to deal. i like me now. i am soooo torn... i am actually ready to go home. but i still have Bec Josh and Mari to say goodbye too. i dont want to do that... it was sooooo hard to say goodbye to Carlos. I cried while and after. I know that it will be easy to see him again, but it is going to be hard not to call him to say... ehy can you meet me in town... yeah you know where... then go and grab pizza or kabab and just talk. That is the hardest thing with everything.
Man I just looked at the clock... I leave tomorrow... that is soooooo crazy.
I am packed... tomorrow night we are going to have my last dinner on the boat. i am excited about that. i am really going to miss this family. i love them sooo much. they are sooo funny and understanding and so easy to talk to. i feel at home here. but all good things must come to an end. i am going home and am going to start a new chapter in my life... college. i am excited about that.
Back to reality.

Holiday part 2
Mood:  happy
So the rest of my Easter holiday was great. I went to K?benhavn with my host brother Michael, got stopped by a cop for speeding, to pick up my other host brother Tobias. Went to the zoo with both my host mom's parents and my host dad's mom. Then after the holiday was over I went back to school for a week, then I went to Prague, The Golden City, for a week. I went with my class, 2U, and a language line class, 2A. We went by bus, which was long and very uncomfortable. The first three days we spent at a nature camp in the middle of nowhere, and hiked in the mountains. It was beautiful but very tiring, not my idea of a relaxing vacation, but it is what you get when you go with two sport teachers. After the camp we went to the actual city of Prague for 3 days. Did a lot of shopping, went on a city tour, clubbing, shopping, went to the strangest theater show ever that was still cool, shopped, and went to a museum of technology (Zzz). Actually, we got kicked out of the museum after all 50 some of us were sleeping in the lobby while the teachers took their time looking. Then we ventured home. It was a great couple of weeks. I was an only child this week while Michael was in NYC with his class. And as of monday I will be again because he is going to Germany on the thing for his class. Nothing new other than that. This family is amazing.

Holiday part 1
Mood:  lazy
So Easter holiday has started. This past weekend I went to Mariana's for a little party with a couple other exchange students, then I spent the night at Rebecca's house. Then yesterday I just kind of sat around. Tonight I am going to a classmates house for girl night. We are going to watch a movie and eat cake and have a good time. Tomorrow I am going to Cph with Micchael and Celi to pick up my other host brother for the holidays. Then the rest of break we are doing some little family traditions. I am going to prag in 2 weeks. I am so excited. It is a class trip. So that will be a ton of fun. I can't wait.

My Last
Mood:  happy
So this past evening I made the trip with all 12 of my bags to my last family. It is sad because it is my last family and I know that the time will fly, but they are amazing people. I have a host mom named Dorte, a host dad named Jens, and a host brother named Michael that I live with. I also have a host brother names Tobias, but he does not live at home. I also have a dog(YEA!!!) They are a funny bunch. From my bedroom I have a beautiful view of the water. Though it was sad to say goodbye to my last family because they were so great, I am looking forward to my 3? months with these guys.
I had the day off yesterday, which was nice. I slept in, then Carlos and Rebecca came over and we watched Fear and Lothing in Las Vegas with Johnny Depp, wasn't my favorite movie, but it was good. This past weekend was great. Saturday afternoon was my host brothers birthday party. Then Saturday night we rented movies, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and Butterfly Effect. Eternal Sunshine was a brillant movie. Jim Carrey played a very serious roll, actually there was really no comedy in it. At first it was a bit confusing but it played itself out and made sense in the end. Butterfly Effect was a good movie. It became predictable in the end and played out to much in the last sceen, but it was still good. Easter holiday starts tomorrow at 1:35. It will be nice to have another week off school.

A lot
Mood:  energetic
So today I went to Odense with my friend Natalie, from New York. We had a great time. She is my shopping soul mate. We have the same taste in like everything, and she loves shoes as much as me. It was so much fun today. We got shown around town by a twelve year old that we met in some weird/cool store about dragons and things like that while looking for a place that pierces noses. But the place we showed us was to freaky and Natalie was scared that she might be killed after she got pierced. Then we went and saw like this cyber cafe and we weren't sure how it worked exactly, so we asked. It was so funny:
Natalie: How much does it cost?
Clerk: 25 krs.
Natalie: Wow that is like a bus ride, only fun.
Clerk: Yeah, I guess.
It was so so funny. Maybe it was a had to be there things.
So I move this coming weekend. Way to soon. I am set to go home on the 30th of June. I would love to stay till the end of July, but I can't so oh well.
I am at the place that I take photo class right now. I have photo in like a ?hour. Getting some pics from this past weekend and today. Can't wait.
More pics should be coming to my website(http://crystaldoppelheuer.tripod.com) soon. I just sent some in to be developed and I am having them put on CD so then I can upload them. So hopefully next week... but no promises.

We got one more newbie yesterday. Another aussie. Phil is his name. So the newbies are...
From Australia: Rebecca, Josh, Phil, Kirstie, and Oliver.
From Argentina: Celi
From Brazil:Mariana and Lucas
Then we have Jose, he is new to my town but has been here for 7 months.
The oldies are:
From USA: Carlos, Dane, Asheley, and myself.
From Mexico: Paulina
From Brazil: Mariana (Mari), and Lidia.
From Africa: Genevieve

I think that is all. So there are a lot.

Tear
Mood:  spacey
So this past weekend was the get together in Vejle. It was fun. It was so weird without the oldies there. Wait I was an oldie. That was the other super weird thing. It was nice to see everyone again, yet sad because it was the last time that we would all be together at the same time. The newbies stuck together. The weekend was nothin like Holb?k, but it was still fun.

My oldies... I love you guys and miss you!!!
Oldies with me... Eurotour is going to rock... thanks for a great weekend.
Newbies... It is only a year, time flies, so enjoy it.

I move in like a week... strange. Last family. I am there a week, then it is Easter holiday. Then I have school for another week, then I get a week off because my class will be on their study tour. Then it is a month of school, then eurotour. Then a couple of weeks then home. I am not ready for this to be over... but I still have time and I am going to live it up.

Winter Holiday
Mood:  happy
Denmark does have snow days!!! So today I get up and see the crazy weather outside and seriously think about not even getting ready for school.(This is the time in Ohio that I would be watching the news for Minerva Local Schools~ Cancelled)But being the good student I am I got ready and went to the bus stop. Well after waiting there 15 minutes I decided to head home, except for the fact that the bus came. Well since it was late I miss my connecting bus from the station to my school, so I waited for the next one. Well the next one never came because all buses were cancelled. Yea I said, except for the little bit that I was still at the station, in town. Now at this point you may ask, why not walk the 2 km. to school? Good question. Yea, it was a snow storm and there was no way that my butt was going to go outside into it. So I sat there in the cafe with my good buddy Carlos for 2 hours till the buses started up again. Even though I had already decided I was going home, I then found out that classes were cancelled for the rest of the day. Yip Yip. More good news, it is still snowing, which could mean, no school tomorrow. We can only hope though.

Mimer
Mood:  party time!
So last night was Mimer. Mimer is the other gym in my towns party. It was so much fun. But my day started earlier when Bel, Lai, and Ju came into town. They are staying with Mari for the weekend. So the four of us went to Mari's house after school to get ready for the party. Then at the party I had a great time. It was like exchange student heaven. On top of us five, Paulina, Asheley, and Lidia were there. Also the newbie, who got me my ticket, was there. Her name is Kirstie, she is an aussie. We had so much fun. Then we went to the city afterwards. Me and Asheley didn't feel like paying 50kr. to get into the club for an hour, so we went and got a pizza and talked from like 1-2. Then I went to go get my bus home, but I didn't know what number it was, so when the bus came, and it didn't say Bredballe, I missed it because I thought it was a different one. So we went to a cafe and waited for Paulina and Lidia. Then we shared a taxi home. Oh and I ended up finding 50kr. on the ground, but that went to the taxi. Today wasn't so eventful. I had photo this morning, ditched it early to meet Carlos for pizza and to hear about the concert that he went to. Ran into a friend named Freddie and went and talked. It was quite the fun afternoon. Today is one of my best friends birthday.... Tiffany I love you and miss you!!! See you in 5 months, and hope the rest of your day was great. Oh and Megan called me tonight. It was so nice to hear from her. Man do I miss her. Why did the oldies have to leave? And why do I have to be an oldie now? Time is passing so fast. The Get2gether weekend is in 3 weeks, then the weekend after I move to my 3rd and final family. Then it is Eurotour then home.... I don't want to leave Denmark... I love it here!!!
